"I believe if you are going to show all the really nice parts of of Fair heaven then you should be honest with the public and show the really not so nice side of Fair heaven so that everyone knows how you treat some of the patients, my mother was there for quite a while in long term care and we were lied to the hole time about getting new carpet and painting the walls, I co... The inside wall pictures were taken after the wallpaper was removed, but before the painters have made it to this neighborhood. The new carpet began installation last week and is headed to each area. We regret that your family was unable to enjoy these refreshed areas, which did take a while to get installed, but we're happy they are finally here. The cleanliness of the exterior areas of the campus you have indicated are being addressed.

"Had my mother do her Rehab when she was discharged from the Hospital. Took her out in less than 24 hours. Absolutely would not recommend this place to anyone"

"My husband is on Memory Care on 2-N at Fairhaven. His nursing care on days and tor the most part evenings is good.
But this is a āmemoryā care unit and they provide no daily activities except for a random Bible Study. It really should be closed down because it does nothing to help those with memory problem like my husband who has Alzheimerās. He went to an adult daycare in... Read More
