As far as your billing and insurance concerns, those can be tough to navigate and frustrating sometimes and we are sorry that you had some difficulty in that area. "Never get meds on time; meds are not logged at the time I receive them, the nurses seem to log times at the end of their shifts.
I’m passed over again and again on my shower days leaving me getting a shower (if I’m lucky) once every 2-3 weeks. What really makes me angry is when CNA’s lie saying I refused my shower which is ridiculous. Who on earth only wants to get clean o... Read More
