"My father was a resident at this facility for over 3 years. We all loved it. They took such tender care of him. Rachelle was always ready to help in whatever was needed. She always returned calls or texts if she could not answer immediately. She also was a great help when we needed to find a facility with a higher level of care for Dad. We will miss them so much!"

"We visited our relative today. She is in Memory care, and was just finishing lunch. The second floor was secured when we arrived and we were let inside and went to her room to visit."

"The Dementia Care at Regency Retirement Village in Homewood, Alabama is run like a prison. On Sunday, there is a worship service; however, the residents are not allowed to go even with a family member.
