Shannon- We're deeply sorry to hear about your father's experience at our facility. Providing compassionate care and ensuring patients' needs are met are our top priorities, and it's distressing to learn that we fell short of meeting these standards during his stay. Your concerns are extremely concerning, and we take them very seriously. We will investigate this matter thoroughly to address the issues you've raised and prevent similar incidents from happening in the future. Please accept our sincerest apologies for any distress or discomfort caused. If there's anything further we can do to assist you or your father, please don't hesitate to reach out to us directly.
