"I am a healthcare worker that visits many group homes and I wouldn't hesitate to move a family member here. The staff is excellent and very attentive. Jessica the manager is on top of everything with each resident. She communicates with me with any patient needs. The home is beautiful and extremely clean, but it's the staff that truly makes the place special."

"My amazing 98-year-old grandma spent 7 months at Valencia. We and Grandma fell in love with a few of the caregivers, so this shout-out is to Viky, Jazmin, and Jeraldine! Grandma (GG) wasn't easy but they all came around to her and got their "boops" on the nose and "pats" of appreciation. "Beware of this place. New personnel took over in the last 60 days.
My mother passed due to their incompetency. My wife and I saw residents wanting water and the staff would ignore them. Staff was angry when my mother who had Alzheimer’s became belligerent. Over the past several years, we implemented significant improvements, including the hiring of a new, highly dedicated manager who is committed to resident safety, individualized care, and staff training. Our team has worked diligently to enhance communication, responsiveness, and overall care standards to ensure the well-being of all residents.
