"I would like to say. I am not happy with this facility. when you request to see the nurse or a doctor they leave you hanging for a long time. And they come when ever they want.. I understand am not the only patient here but really.. I saw a doctor once when i first arrived but he didnt check me or nothing he stood at the foot of my bed and ask me if i was ok..and i haven'... "My dad was here in January 2023 he was ok i was getting his needs in place at home and when he got covid was not notified of it then back and forth over the items he needed and who was paying finally got it in place still no notification of his covid then received a call from John muir er that my dad was there with a sever utility and fever and pulse and blood pressure was...
