"My mom’s friend Joy has lived there almost 15 years and seemed to love it. My mom hadn’t heard from her and she didn’t answer her phone. She learned from a mutual friend that Joy is in extended care at this place. "I’ve lived by this place for over 4 years and I wouldn’t even send my most hated enemies grandma to a location like this
There’s a reason you constantly see ambulances and fire trucks here - the old people are so depressed and poorly taken care of they die. If you put your loved ones in the hands of a Fresno care facility it’s really a shame on you though"

It is part of the reason we’re highly regarded among the seniors we serve and within the wider Fresno community, evidenced by receiving the 2019 Fresno Bee “People’s Choice Award” as the premier senior care and residence community. Your comments are in contrast to what our residents and the larger Fresno community understand to be true about The Terraces at San Joaquin Gardens. To your point about the frequency of emergency vehicles accessing our campus, in addition to providing residence and care to over 400 seniors, 93% of who have recommended The Terraces at San Joaquin Gardens to their friends, we also provide skilled nursing services to seniors discharged from acute hospitals but still require nursing care before safely returning home. We invite you to actually visit our campus and see first-hand why we are held in very high regard by our residents, their families and the team members who make this a very special place.

"My wife entered the SJG Health Care area after a fall shattering her knee cap and subsequent surgery. She was under their care for 45 days. I cannot begin to express my gratitude for the care and therapy she received from everyone daily.
