"Place has gotten worse with new management nothing gets fix..the parking gate has been broken for past months which allows the local homeless to go inside and steal from cars.,also some people who live with tenants sell drugs and used meth right outside complex every day early in the morning....plus parents apartment got infested with bed bugs twice"

Thank you for your feedback, it is appreciated. We do understand that at this time our parking gate is down, but due to this we have hired extra courtesy patrol to help man that area. A notice was also sent out to our residents in order to make everyone aware of the situation and be sure they are locking their vehicles up. As stated previously, we have courtesy patrol that works with the local law enforcement to keep them informed of any increased illegal activity in our community. We also host monthly Neighborhood Watch Meetings in order to educate our residents on how to go about reporting criminal activity. Please feel free to reach out to our staff for more information on how to report the issues you have noted in your review. In regards to your concerns with pest control in your parents apartment, if you have not already done so, please stop by the office so the staff can work with your parents in order to treat their apartment.

"Mom and grandma lived there. New management staff lack the patience and kindness to work with seniors. Too many rules make tenants feel like if they are in prison rather than at home. Should bring all management back."
