"This is not a good place to live the tenants are charged for everything from trash pickup to all utilities but water. Management also enters you apt. without your knowledge or consent then harass tenants to keep them clean and what ever work needs to be done the tenant is charged for that to. Hello Sandra, thank you for your review and opportunity to address it. The Woods does inform applicants of which utilities they are responsible for prior to applying for a unit and prior to signing the lease. Residents pay for electricity, gas, and trash. Our trash charge provides two trash pick-ups per and one recyclables pick up per week that keep trash and trash odor to a minimum in our trash enclosure.
Anytime we need to enter a unit, we always provide a posted 24 hr. notice (as required by law) and exceed this requirement by posting at least 48 hours in advance. We enter units to ensure smoke detectors are operational, the fire alarm system/sprinkler are in working order, and to service the unit air filters that we keep maintained on a quarterly basis for our residents.
The Woods enforces unit cleanliness by ensuring residents do not smoke in the units and by enforcing that pets are not permitted to spray, urinate, or defecate in a way that damages the unit. These requirements are outlined in the lease signed by residents at The Woods.
The construction of this building had to undergo permitting by several inspectors and is in no way was constructed as you describe. The warping you are referring to in your unit is a circumstance unique to your tenancy which we do not discuss publicly.
We are a pet friendly community, however there are rules and restrictions for pets which are addressed in the lease when signed by our residents.

The Woods is ideally situated in Riverside, CA, offering residents a central location with convenient access to a variety of local attractions and services. Directly across from Ryan Bonaminio Community Park and the Tequesquite Community Garden, residents can easily enjoy outdoor activities and green spaces. The community is also near the medical zone, with close proximity to Riverside Community Hospital and numerous doctor's offices. Just minutes away from downtown Riverside, residents have easy access to popular destinations such as the Mission Inn, the Fox Performing Arts Center, and the Riverside Plaza Shopping and Dining center.
