"The BEST staff, everyone- from the nurses/nursing assistants to admissions- everyone is so welcoming. It’s apparent that they truly care about the patients, the food is fantastic, and the facility itself is clean, and a nice place to be. Highly recommend!"

"Meh. They don’t have enough nurses, nurse assistants or physical therapists. They don’t help bathe patients, the food is horrible and they don’t spend much time with getting the patient strong so they can function at home. Some week days my mom wouldn’t have therapy at all. We are terribly sorry to hear about your recent experience in our facility. Our team has put much time and effort into patient/family experience and we appreciate your feedback to continue to improve.
As of a short time ago, our facility is fully staffed with Nurses, CNA’s, and Physical Therapist. We have also increased the pay for our nurses staff significantly, giving substantial raises to 90% of our nursing staff in these challenging times.
To my knowledge, we are one of the highest paying facilities in the area for these positions.
As the administrator at this facility I can assure you that we have not sold or attempted to sell any personal information of your family or any other resident in our facility. We use secure, industry standard technology to ensure the security and protection of Patient Health info.
I would love to resolve concerns about therapy, dietary department, and patient hygiene as well for future training opportunities. Would you please give our facility a call so that we can discuss this further and I can attempt to resolve these concerns?
