"If I could give a 0 I would. My mother-in-law was on a waiting list for almost 3 YEARS. SHE IS 57 AND DISABLED. The State of California; has her permanently disabled. My Husband and I contacted the apartment Leisure Manor, Sacramento at least every 4 month to see where my mother-in-law was on the waiting list. She had been living with us, until she could get in. "I do NOT recommend this place at all. I put my mother on their waiting list about 2 years ago. We recently when into the office to do an address change and one of the ladies in the office did not file the change. Leisure Manor sent out a letter to update their waiting list and we never received that letter and now my mother, who has been waiting for two years was taken off... Read More
