"We have been living here for a little over a month and have had nothing but a positive experience since the very beginning. Cheri, the manager, helped us for months and made sure we got the house we wanted, all the paperwork was filed correctly, and answered any questions we may have. "Love this park . It’s hidden gem in the neighborhood. I love park manager Cherri and her assistant Mai. They both work hard to run this place smoothly. Neighbors are friendly, close to fwy, and Natomas where there are big shopping centers , movie theaters and all that . Park redid swimming area recently and they have nice basketball court. I also love the kids playground.... Read More
