"It's disheartening to share my experience with this nursing home. The staff's rudeness and unwillingness to collaborate with families are major red flags. The absence of phones in residents' rooms is not just inconvenient but isolating. "we brought our grandma here and had a very pleasant experience. my grandma has a weak knee, and the physical therapy here is amazing. the staff was very sweet and attentive with her and i appreciate them so much. i highly recommend"
