"Went through the process of trying to secure a spot here at the newly changed Grossmont Gardens for my mom such as having her Dr. show that she has all qualifications to be a resident at this establishment which was a 2-month process in itself. We waited another month to proceed with the finalization and mentioned to the staff repeatedly that we could not pay out of pocket... Read More
