"Management seems ignorant and undereducated while being also very domineering.
Noise of screaming children was all pervasive in back units. That, while house rules cautioned against playing the radio too loud.
Unbelievable.
Not in sync with residents' needs.
Billing is dishonest and non-transparent.

"My mother-in law has lived at Merrill Gardens for the past 3 years, and based on her experience, we can very strongly recommend it. While the apartments and common spaces are very nice, clean and very well maintained, it's the staff that continues to positively surprise us.
