"This place should be shut down. Nobody cares and nobody oversees the people who work here. Some of them even bully the patients. They don't give them water so they dont have to change diapers and treat patients different when the family arent there. It's sad we pay a lot of $ for caregivers with incompetence and a greedy owner."

We understand you are still emotional regarding the loss of your Father. As stated in our reply to your review dated April 2020 Noble Living strictly adheres to Physicians orders. When a resident is on Hospice Care and is transitioning (body shutting down), it is standard practice for the Physician to discontinue food and liquid preventing aspiration. At this point we provide comfort care with only a small amount of coconut oil to moisturize the lips and mouth, okay if swallowed and tastes like an Almond Joy delivering a final sense of taste. As a hands-on business owner(s) I/we attend to our facilities daily and at various hours during the NOC shift. We establish personal relationships with our residents, their families and our staff. Noble Living, LLC has held numerous events for our residents including but not limited to birthday celebrations including Mariachi band, Mother's Day carnival with petting animals (baby goat, bunnies & chicks), outdoor BBQ's and Ice Cream Socials, local high school band playing live music for various holidays. Noble Living, LLC provides love, safety and security for our residents.
