"Horrible. My sister lives here. Has for years. Has had MANY issues and the latest was a blackout occurred on Mar 30 at night. No one checked on tennants. No electricity. By the time it came on April 1, still no one checked on handicapped elderly. No number to call as the offices are never opened during emergencies. People were trapped in elevator. Thank you for your message. We are aware of the power outage that occurred on March 31. This was a widespread outage that affected a wide swath of the neighborhood, including our apartment community. Our resident service technician was onsite, and we are incredibly thankful that first responders arrived quickly to assist residents in the powerless elevator. We are also aware of the issues with the city sidewalk near the Talmadge apartments and are advocating for repairs from the city.

"Staff at this facility is rude and not conducive to resident needs. They are more concerned with the potential for extra work on their part than they are helping the residents. If your family member has exited a nursing facility they do not help connect them with a social worker nor do they provide resources or information readily accessible at other facilities.
