"I needed respite care for my two elderly parents, both of whom has Alzheimer's, who were under my care at-home hospice.
I was reluctant to place them in a facility, even though I was completely burned out. I had also visited a few other places, and it broke my heart to think about moving them out of their home, even for a little bit.
