"My mother was admitted to Jewish home for rehab because of her bone fractured , she was admitted December 7th, passed early morning December 9th alone , her vital taken by nurses were dangerous low on that morning but was not reported to doctor , nurse malpractice has caused my mother’ earlier passing without families.
