We would like to clarify a few important points regarding your concerns. Throughout your residency, we worked to address your noise complaints by communicating multiple times with your upstairs neighbor — a resident who largely kept to herself, aside from the occasional accidental fall. While we understand how frustrating noise concerns can be, eviction was not a reasonable or appropriate response in this case.
Unfortunately, the situation escalated when direct contact was made with your neighbor’s family, which resulted in a lease violation for harassment. Additionally, after your rent adjustment notice — a standard annual update — another lease violation was issued due to inappropriate behavior toward staff.
We strive to address all resident concerns respectfully and consistently, while maintaining fairness for everyone in our community. We regret that your experience did not meet your expectations and wish you the best in your future endeavors. Thank you again for your feedback.

We understand the situation involving your friend has been challenging. It's important to clarify that our aim is always to support our residents in maintaining their tenancy. Under the new management, we have implemented rules and regulations designed to enhance the living environment for all residents. Unfortunately, when these guidelines are not met, despite multiple opportunities to address the issues, we must take action to ensure the well-being and comfort of the entire community.
Regarding the concerns about pests and other maintenance issues, please know that we are committed to providing a clean and safe living environment. We take reports of pest activity very seriously and respond with appropriate pest control measures immediately.
We also recognize the importance of ensuring that all interactions between staff and residents during visits, such as those from maintenance and extermination teams, are conducted with respect for health protocols, especially in light of the ongoing pandemic.
As for the parking difficulties and safety concerns mentioned, we are continuously working to improve the facilities and security for all residents and their guests. We regret any inconvenience or distress caused by these situations.
