"The owner, Rick, orders groceries on behalf of his tenants and he is notorious among most delivery drivers for never tipping a penny, even on large deliveries, and complaining about "incomplete orders."
Suffice to say, there's a reason he's having more and more difficulty having his deliveries fulfilled. I love it.
