"My Dad was given hours left to live and they came in and harassed my mom for all the insurance info to charge her and made all these promised to keep him comfortable (he was completely awake and lucid) and they never showed up again. Therefore the nursing staff at the hospital weren't assigned to him because he was listed to be "on hospice care"... They left my dad to writ... Read More

"My dad was actively in pain and dying when they sent someone in to get information from my mother. After that no one showed up to care for him. I called and waited on hold for much longer than I should have and was told the caregiver would be there, over an hour later and nothing.
