"Don’t even think about moving here!! The apartments themselves are nice enough, but the security sucks — the performance of the security gate is iffy at best — and the entrance doors to the phase II section are often left unlocked. "If I could give this place negative stars, I would!! This place is by far the worst place ever for the elderly to live. Christina treats everyone nice until you move in then she doesn't give a crap about you. She threatens to kick people out for sticking up for themselves. "Update: I moved in to Conter Estates on 3/15/2022. The apartment was ready as promised and the move in was perfect. Everything works, it's nice and quiet, and convenient.
