"I have been living here for 1-1/2 months and I have two issues with my new apartment which have been virtually ignored. The stove continues to heat up to a high degree no matter what I set it at. Thanks for leaving your updated review.
To recap, you did not notify management that your heat was out until Saturday, and on the voicemail you stated we knew we wouldn't receive the message until Monday. You did not report the no heat to us Thursday or Friday while we were in the office. We work as diligently as we can to resolve issues for residents, but we cannot resolve a problem we don't know about.
The lock out fee is clearly outlined in multiple places in the lease. This is our policy to charge for a lockout.
You have the emergency maintenance number as well as a detailed outline or what to call for. In addition I have explained to you that the only thing you would ever be charged for is a lockout and that there is no other associated charge with calling on call maintenance.
We strive to resolve your issues as fast as we know about them.
Please feel free to come speak with me anytime in the office is you are still unsure on any of our policies.
