"Good place to live but I am on a fixed income and my rent has gone up $1100 in 3 years. I love it here it is a good place to live but paying $4250 for a shared room is pretty steep for me. I was told I could leave if I did not like so I am leaving it 2 weeks. I will miss it here but I cannot afford it."

"On 4/8/2024, I visited this nursing home to meet with a realtor and a resident for a house closing. Unfortunately, the encounter was marred by the extremely rude behavior of the front staff.

Our review of your visit reveals that our staff helped you to our private meeting area where you met for more than 30 minutes. Your unusual request to use our copier/fax machine for your real estate transaction was denied as this was a somewhat forward ask on your part and that machine is critical for receiving and sending medical orders, etc. We are sorry if this denial was read as dismissive or disrespectful. We are fortunate to have a very helpful and courteous staff at Crossroads Northglenn. Again, we apologize if you didn’t experience this first hand.

"I had the opportunity to have my mom live at Crossroads Senior Living at Northglenn. The staff, nurses and caregivers are some of the most amazing people I have met. They truly care for their residents. My mom learned to enjoy their company and rely on their care. Even reaching out to ask for walks.
