"Horrible and unorganized facility! Work there several times through agency the place itself needs full makeover and change of staff including Administrator should be replace. "My mom was discharged from the hospital to EPAR for rehab after breaking her hip and arm. The staff seemed kind, compassionate and skilled, although they (like so many other businesses) seemed short handed, as I would have liked to have seen more attentiveness to an elderly womans discomfort and needs. "Terrible teamwork. We were told by OT my husband could not come home because it was unsafe for him to transfer in/out of his wheelchair without a hoyer lift. Not even 24 hours later PT had him doing unassisted transfers. Insurance immediately paid for a hoyer. I was not allowed to bring him home for 3 more weeks.
