"Please be careful, cars are getting broken into weekly. I had to pay 350.00 to repair the damages from attempt break in and another resident told me she paid 450.00 two weeks prior for the same issue. Yanel- It is very unfortunate that this happened to you during your visit here at Everleigh Central Park, I am very sorry for the trouble and financial cost. We truly do care, unfortunately, there are many thefts and break in's all over the metro Denver area in open and secure parking lots. Ours is open with an electric car charging station for all to use.
The safety and security of our residents and their guest is very high priority for us. We have put many precautionary steps in place one of which is cameras around the building. We have coordinated with the Denver police for them to receive footage when they request to add to their report. Please contact me directly if you have any more concerns or questions. Again, I am really so sorry that this happened to you.

"My mother and I have found the Grove to be quit endearing. Having moved here with high hopes of both my mother and I making lifetime friends, searching for more activity in both of our lives to longing to feel safe in our environment, The Grove, to include all staff, have surpassed all of our wishes.
