"I have never been treated with such disrespect in my life as I was by Stephanie and another staff member—Tash or Tosh (not sure of the exact name). Stephanie, who is supposedly the director of the facility, was extremely unprofessional and rude. All I asked for was a simple letter of denial, and instead of helping or explaining anything, she hung up on me.

"As far as independent living goes for anyone with disabilities or retired need some sort of Assistance or folks who need to be helped out and kept an eye on this place is pretty legit it's nice there's a pond in the courtyard and the staff is really nice.
