"Our family is very disappointed and hurt. I met with Audrey in admissions and were assured they had a room for our father. I was shown his room and introduced to his new roommate. I provided all the necessary referral paperwork and Physicians notes and then called 10 times to follow up with no returned calls. When I did reach Audrey she told me she forwarded the paperwork...
