"My mother was taken to this facility on November 6th of this year 2021. They charged her 1,00.00 deposit and 4,00.00 for the remaining days in the month. The Owner Angela was very sweet to my mother, however my mother passed away on November 15th 2021. We’d like to kindly clarify for anyone reading that this matter was fully resolved shortly after the review was posted. The full deposit and the remaining balance were returned, and we worked directly with the family to ensure everything was handled properly.
At the time, Eric was serving as the administrator of the facility while also completing his master’s degree and final exams, which unfortunately led to a brief delay in his response. We are sincerely sorry for that delay. We understand how important communication is, especially during such an emotional time, and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding.
While we recognize the family’s concerns, we also want to clarify that two separate reviews were submitted regarding the same issue, both of which were posted before the matter was resolved.
We remain committed to open communication, fairness, and compassionate care for every resident and family we serve.
