"Only visited a good friend so my familiarity is limited however, Harvard Square was very well kept & organized. The staff were very pleasant & the family is very pleased with the care their mother is getting."

"They do not have a web site where you can see the facilities. Instead, you must sign up for a tour and you still are not taken for an online tour. Consumers want to know more about. this place...why set up an appointement ...could be wasting MY time and yours. Bate and switch with a low price posted and no other pricing. PISS PORE marketing in my opinion."
