"I have watched them leave residents walking around with dirty underwear for days on end. The ED for the Aurora location is more interested in in personal business. Discrimination is in front of you every moment. If you're not in his "click" you are nothing. It's more of a "hero" complex and not so much about the care. "I went to this facility with my mother. It is a difficult task for a son to consider placing a mother in a facility. It is a beautiful building but I felt like the staff were telling me what I wanted to hear - one time she switched her story after I had an opinion. I have attended several networking meetings at their location and the residents are never prohibited from wandering in and out of the room we are in - this is their home.
