"Horrible service they never answers the phone or email! And then they say that the phones dont work. Right when i call and they just hang up on me. I put a work order for things that are wrong with the apartment and one being the fire alarm and never heard anything from them. 1 month of calling and sending work orders and nothing! "Looked at an apt and they said we had to pay A one time utility payment of about $90 then when we moved in it changed to every 3 months. by then I had paid all rent and deposits and the u-haul was in the parking lot and moved out of the old place so it was too late to change our minds. shortly after that they tell us the utility is every month! this is along with Excel tha... "bad administration they only care about having the balconies clean and charging for stupid things and taking the cars with the tow truck for no reason and the theft of cars of catalysts and charging for cameras that do not benefit the residents there and the property all dirty is disgusting and the rents as high as if they were top"
