"Apparently not what it used to be? Food quality is poor not much life enrichment. They could offer more outside activities. People there are very nice and the general manager has a sincere desire to provide great service. I changed my rating from a one to a 3 as the corporate office and local management were quick to respond."

She is very happy there and really likes the friendly and kind staff, the cleanliness of the place, the food, and has enjoyed getting to know some of the residents. "My gtandfather has been staying here for 14 months thus far and he loves it which was shocking as he is one of those old timers that always said he would never move in anywhere else!
