"You guys should try to work on treating your employees like human beings so that they stay and you wouldn’t be forced to bring in agency staff constantly who have no experience in memory care. "This place raises medication doses on residents when they speak out or act up in order to sedate / pacify them.
Overmedication is common in this industry, and they can get away with it. Absolutely illegal and intolerable."
