"The alarm goes off randomly at least once a month at terrible times with absolutely no notice or no reason. I am currently listening to it go off as I write this review at 10:30 PM on a Sunday. We strive to make everyone's living arrangement at Veranda an enjoyable one and we are sorry you're experience has not been enjoyable. We have plenty of garage parking and $50/month is very reasonable for covered, garage parking in our area.

"What is the apartment management doing with regard to the noises coming out of the 5th floor community space constantly over the weekend unchecked?! There should be some kind of noise level allowed for goodness sake you are in a residential building not a concert hall!!
