"An 82 year old nursing home resident suffering with Alzheimer’s Dementia was kept in the same diaper for 23.5 hours beginning on Wednesday, April 17.
Due to her illness, the resident cannot perform ADLs (Activities of Daily Living) and is completely reliant on care staff including nurses and CNAs (Certified Nursing Assistants).
