"My brother died in that place. The care wasn't that good. Always short staffed. He was often not changed and cleaned up in a timely manner. I had to be there for them to do their jobs. Some of the staff was ok, but some not so much. He couldn't walk, the physical therapy was good. The care was terrible. There is definitely a whole lot of room for major improvement."

Ms. Hall -- I am sorry to hear of your experience with Parkville Care Center and I am very sorry for your loss. This was extensively investigated by the clinical team who reported their findings. Due to privacy none of it is appropriate to share publicly in this forum. As always there is much more to this than the review and I would maintain we provided quality care to your brother and extensive support and assistance to his family. The center was not and is not short staffed. "My cousin, son and myself went to visit my father for the first time on Sun at Parkville Care Center. The staff from front desk personnel, to nursing, were attentive and respectful. "Very unprofessional, terrible smell all though out the facility and needs to be cleaned. Social worker needs to be more compassionate to family needs and return calls. Difficult to get in touch with loved ones because they do not answer the phones. CNA needs better training how clean patients and how to communicate with family."
