"Recently bought a house in Lake fairways. I have found they have very high Hoa fees. Which would be fine if they if they did some upkeep. The pool has not been heated nor the hot tub. I have been here over a month and still not working. But, Do not pay your 6 months of HOA fees late. The lawns have not been mowed in over three weeks. Starting to look like a jungle. Hated...
