"MY FATHER DIED THIS PAST WEEKEND AND NO ONE CALLED MY BROTHER OR MYSELF. THEY ONLY CALLED MY SISTER. WE HAVE BEEN CALLING SINCE MONDAY MORNING WHEN WE FOUND OUT AND GET NO ANSWERS OR CALL BACKS. First, and importantly, we are sorry for your loss. We did call the person with the authority to direct whom should be contacted and we did arrange for them to be contacted near immediately and they were contacted. We then visited that person the next day bringing flowers as well. If you had been on the designated contact list you too would have been contacted. The care received by your father has been praised . Anthem Lakes followed precisely the written directives on file. Your comments are thus not at all correct. Again, we are sorry for your loss and provided excellent care and followed the written instructions on file as to which family members to contact and when.

"My father n law is living at Anthem Lakes in memory care. Like all facilities they have a glitch occassionally but for the most part they are excellent. Good food , care and nice surroundings. The caretakers and nurses are excellent with Lynette's leadership. I don't want to forget anyone so I won't give any names but they are great. Bob Brack"

We do not know this person as a resident, caregiver, or family member. Anthem Lakes is state regulated and deficiency free. Having been 30 years in this business I know the care is excellent and the staff very good. For some reason, we seem to be the target of a hate campaign. Sad.
