But, our records indicate that we did purchase a new fridge in the last 11 years, we installed on August 29th ,2012 due to you own cig. smoke damage. Unfortunately, we are tax credit community which means everyone that lives here is required to meet state income guidelines and our prices are regulated through our program with the state.
