During the holidays season other 55 plus communities do a great job of decorating for each holiday, not Lakes of Melbourne. Spend very little effort and money for their decorations.

"Most expensive lot rental fees senior park in Brevard county! Lot rent increases every year by approximately $20. However it does not have a dog park or a playground or any visitors parking (they send emails asking residents NOT to park on the streets). See attached pic for a list of the erroneous fees.
