"I recently moved to Rose Lake Estates from Philadelphia Pennsylvania. What I have found is a very warm caring Community well taken care of properties great management great groundskeeping reasonable rates and they will work with you. "Another corporate buyout with more corporate promises broken . They have raised our rent 3 times this year and promised to raise it again . Nice to know our rent goes up before my payday can keep up with it . But what can you do when they hang your head over a barrel . We are not happy residents here as we scramble to keep up with this new cost of living !
