"I’m a physical therapist seeing patients in this location. And the staff was extremely rude when I tried to come in. No one answered the operator phone so I knocked on the window and the staff proceeded to yell at me to stop knocking on the window. I don’t know how else to get their attention if they won’t do their job and answer the phone. I’m just trying to see my patien... Read More

I am Lisa Reed, Vice President of Operations for Senior Suites of Bridgeport. I am sorry you had a negative experience at our community. Since Senior Suites is an independent senior community and does not provide 24-hour staffing, our residents are responsible for providing access to guests through the phone system in the entry vestibule. We are not allowed to provide guest access unless the resident is contacted. Apparently, our office staff were at lunch upon your arrival. We have not had any reports that the phone system is not working properly. I have followed up with our community team regarding your concerns. Thank you, Lisa

"still don't understand why everyone who resides there can come and go as they please ANYWHERE, yet loved ones and friends can't see them, the neighborhood is disgusted, it's not a nursing home it's for independent seniors, there a laughing stock to our community"
