"The renters let in the homeless. The renters allow the homeless to urinate and fecate in the hallways. Yells at staff to put in public bathrooms. The renters break and cause excessive wear and tear with the homeless. Than complain the place is run down."

"Hello. Maybe it's too soon to write a review about this building, but after living here the past 20 days, I am happy with the place. The staff is caring & sincere about the things that concern inside * outside the bldg. We do need a maintenance person every day"

"Today (8/16/24) a resident had a medical emergency and the first responders were trying to get in the building for over 30 minutes. No staff was present to let them in and the police even came and tried to assist them getting access. The police said the building is supposed to have technology in place to allow the doors to open for them during an emergency. This incident w... Read More

Because we’re committed to the safety and happiness of our residents, we would like to know more about this situation as soon as possible. We are independent living, which is why we do not provide 24-hour staffing. However, we reach out to the local emergency responders & provide keys to the front door. We also have a Knox box which the emergency responders should know & can access. We will follow up to see why they did not access these options.
Additionally, if a resident is in an emergency situation and can pull their pull cord, either in the living area or the bathroom, it will automatically release the front door for first responders. We realize sometimes residents are not able to pull the cord in emergency situations, which is why we provide the other options to the first responders.
