"I’ve visited a friend twice at this facility. The room is not very nice. It is very worn down and doesn’t feel clean. The tv does not work. We have requested a remote twice over more than a week ago and the tv still doesn’t work. She is stuck looking at the wall all day it seems. The staff is friendly enough but not sure they the resources to do anything better."

"My visit to your facility today was quite positive. The employees were friendly and efficient. The facility was well lighted and very clean. My cousin was well fed her room was clean and she was doing better than I expected. Good job, Symphony South Shore!"

"Terrible place. They do not care for their residents at all. My father was not cleaned and had on a soaked diaper, laid in a soaked bed, and had was laying in food and crumbs.
