"This is possibly the worst nursing home in the Indianapolis area! Do NOT send your loved ones here. Not only is their nursing staff incompetent, they are careless. I would come visit my grandma and residents would be on the floor while their call lights were going off, screaming for help! And where was the staff? SITTING DOWN ON THEIR PHONES.
