"This place is very unorganized and needs may major updates to the building. The place is not worth the amount that they charge for residents to stay there. I wouldn't eat out there kitchen due to the way it looks. The Administrator who started in Dec/Jan is very rude & demending and doesn't know to much about the nursing field and due to that she has lost to DON'S within m... Read More

"When I first moved my mother in back in 2015 the facility was managed by Brookdale. I was very pleased with the service and care she was receiving. In 2017 Enlivant took over. Good staff people were let go and quality took a nose dive. Air conditioning in the rooms frequently broke down causing my mom to go to the hospital on at least 2 occasions from overheating. "Willow Lake has a great ED in Charlotte an a great new DON in Christina, the changes an consist team have shown many improvements. Back in November my mother lived at another facility an the power went out for 3 days, the staff at Willow Lake heard about the residents stranded for 30 hours without power, water an a decent meal, they came to my mothers rescue.
