"This place has gangs around it and they don’t have secure apartments"

Thank you for your comment. The safety and security of our residents is something our team considers very important. We have not had reports of gang activity in our community. We work hard to secure our apartments utilizing a variety of methods (security devises, security cameras, ample lighting and security door locks). Additionally, have a partnership with our local police department to patrol the community as an added safety measure for our residents. Our Maintenance Team and Resident Service Coordinators in each building provide an extra layer of security. We will look into your comments further as we consider it a privilege to protect those that live in our community.

"Very poor can't and will not take care of there sidewalks during the winter refuse to clear there parking lot during snow. Had a mouse problem, roach problem and some wings has a bed bug problem. And might even have a mold problem in building 6 as we speak do not recommend having people live here and yeah cans in hallways for pickup can't get to the railings at night becau... Read More

John, Thank you for your review. We are sorry you you feel this way. We do everything in our power to make sure our residents are, and feel safe here at Crestwood Village South. We got many compliments on the response to snow removal this past winter. Salt was laid down prior, during and after each storm that came thorough. The sidewalks are always cleared off going to the building. If you would like to call and speak to the Director about your other concerns, we would like to answer those for you. Anything to help us improve the living experience here is always helpful.
