"Peggy Bryson has been an angel to our family. She assisted us in helping move my 92-yr-old mother into Five Star's "assisted-living" facility in May 2020 (during the pandemic), and was incredibly helpful until Mom passed away 4 months later. "My grandma is so happy and well taken care of at 5 star. The staff is very friendly. Through COVID the executive director, Haylee, has kept us up to date and well informed through all her communication. The facility is very clean and well maintained. I would highly recommend this community for anyone looking for their loved ones or themselves."

"The buildings are in disrepair and rodents run freely in and out. The people that run the place have no idea what is going on. Currently. The cable is out in some of the independent housing units and no one knows who all of these work. People are running around in the yards doing things. First and foremost, we want to be clear that our community maintains a regular pest control contract with a professional service that conducts scheduled maintenance to ensure a safe and clean environment for our residents. Any claims of rodents "running freely" are completely unfounded. Regarding building maintenance and cable service, we encourage any residents experiencing issues to report them to our management team so we can address them promptly. We strive to provide excellent service and clear communication, and we are always open to discussing concerns directly to find solutions.
